George Kestler

President and Chief Executive Officer


Recognized worldwide as a leading expert in the sale of insurance through teleservices, George Kestler founded Americall Corporation in 1984, focusing on customer service and sales programs in the financial services and insurance industry. Shortly afterward, Kestler, in conjunction with a major insurance client, helped test and develop a two-tier call contact process, which has become an industry standard. Kestler has a degree in economics from City College of New York.

Ben Martorano
Chief Operating Officer, Operations and Client Services


Ben Martorano brings more than 20 years of experience to the teleservices industry and currently oversees 18 call centers and more than 4,000 employees. A graduate of DePaul University, Martorano has been with Americall since 1997, starting in Operations. His efforts have enabled Americall to obtain record levels of client satisfaction and profitability. Prior to joining Americall, Martorano worked in the teleservices profession for the New York Times and Chicago Tribune newspapers.

Mike joined AGI in August of 2005. He has a strong background as a senior technology and business visionary with hands-on experience in automating multimillion dollar enterprises. He also has a proven record of success over 18 years in enterprise management, architecture and data security, disaster recovery as well as an in-depth understanding of current industry trends, future technologies, strategic implementations and process automations. Throughout the course of his career he has consistently proven to be an effective asset in designing enterprise management solutions through a combination of budget forecasting, cost saving procurement and integration. Perhaps his greatest strength is recognizing the role of IT as a “support function”, whose primary purpose is that of supporting every department within the organization thereby ensuring the success of the whole.
