With experience in customer contact support in the financial services industry since 1984, AGI excels at outbound credit card acquisition and other financial services programs. One of our clients launched several successful campaigns, dialing approximately 1.2 million leads per campaign; 27,000 hours to 35,000 hours a campaign.


This program continues to be an ongoing effort with 6 to 7 week campaign calling windows.  For this client, AGI used multiple call centers and many of the agents now have years of experience with the program.
