For an inbound, business line of credit program, AGI fielded responses to print advertisements for a major U.S. bank. The inbound program objectives were to educate callers on the features and benefits of the product, complete an online application, and send completed applications to the customer for a signature. As a value-added service, AGI agents placed outbound follow-up calls to non-responders to increase the back-end conversion rate. Overall, AGI achieved a 90% conversion rate for this initiative.
