For an inbound Credit Card Application Program, this banking institution sent direct mailings to their customer base, encouraging them to make their credit card applications by calling the toll-free number. This toll-free number was shown on the direct mail pieces and came into the AGI call center. The four credit card programs included their own Visa, along with three co-branded cards.  

 


AGI accepted these calls in response to the direct mail pieces; data entered all necessary information, and processed the credit card applications over the phone.
