The initial customer service program for this leading boat manufacturer began with AGI providing product information, dealer referrals, and lead management.  Through AGI’s continuous support of the client’s sales and marketing objectives, the client expanded the program by adding additional product lines and referral programs.

 

AGI currently supports the client's program with 20+ agents in a shared environment.  All of the agents were trained on each of the boat specifications, as well as the company philosophy.  These agents handle customer calls, website and e-mail inquiries for product literature and information, dealer locations and referrals, tier-1 technical support, and service-related issues.
