Outbound Platform

The outbound module of the ASD Softswitch™ incorporates predictive dialing and routing.  Both inbound and outbound modules utilize online scripting in a web-based environment (HTML and Java) running Microsoft SQL2000/2005 server.  Monitoring of the system can be accomplished from any location internally.  The system is tied into a data warehouse for data retrieval, review, and reporting.
