Applicable Law - Jurisdiction The General conditions are subject to, and will be interpreted in accordance with, French Law. In the event that any of the provisions whatsoever of the General conditions are declared null or without effect, such provisions should be interpreted as best reflecting the intentions of the parties involved, and the remaining provisions will be regarded as still being applicable in full.
