In addition to inbound and outbound customer service solutions, AGI can also provide your company with Level One or Level Two Help Desk Support Services. 

 

 

 

We are able, with our clients' assistance in this area, to train our representatives to handle the customers' basic questions of a technical nature and provide them with the appropriate information, guidance and feedback necessary to solve their current situation. 

 

Our technology allows for our representatives to be able to assist in navigation of Web pages as well as allowing them to "push" pages to the customer as needed.  In addition, we are able to transfer the call out to an escalation team at the client's facility should that become the solution necessary.
