Local management is linked to performance through minority shareholding, stock options or profit sharing. Consistent goals are fixed in global management committees and global strategy, methods, benchmarking and leverage teams are sponsored by the group. The systematic presence of top level empowered CEOs in each geography allows the group to successfully implement global best practices while taking advantage of a perfect knowledge of local cultures. This also allows for a uniquely flexible client focused solutions approach. The three founders of Teleperformance are still in command and drive innovations to increase the customer experience. In every country where we provide services and have operations our clients have direct contact with top management including: CEO, COO, CIO, VP of Client Services, VP of HR and VP of Sales and Marketing, all of whom are dedicated to the mission statement and values of Teleperformance.
