His professional experience started in 1976 in the fields of Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Human Resources Management, Consumer Product Marketing, International Marketing, Financials and Investments and Top Management in different industrial and commercial corporations.
Jesus graduated in Business Administration and has a Masters in Business Administration. He is married, and has one son and a daughter. |

Felix has 34 years of professional experience (1972-2006) mainly in the fields of Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Product Marketing, International Marketing and Top Management in different Industrial and Global Corporations.
Felix holds an MBA-1978 from Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Actually he leads the operations development efforts for our major clients and partners.

|  | | COO TP Nearshore Juan started working in the Call Center industry in 1996 after obtaining an MBA Degree at Georgetown Graduate Business School. Juan has occupied important roles in the areas of Operations and Client Services from Monterrey, Mexico and San Salvador, El Salvador for large U.S. clients. He has ample experience in Project Management and negotiations. Juan has been recently appointed as head of TP’s New LATAM Nearshore Initiative servicing the U.S. domestic market. |

Gustavo has been working with Teleperformance Mexico for more than 9 years performing Client Services as well as Operations and Quality functions. Gustavo has been responsible for successful program implementations ranging from Inbound Customer Service to Outbound Sales programs. Gustavo graduated from the Monterrey Technological Institute in Mexico. |
