Teleperformance Mexico (formerly Merkafon) was established in 1996 and is currently the market leader in outsourced integrated direct marketing services providing turnkey solutions to well-known Mexican organizations and U.S. Fortune 500 companies that are targeting the Mexican market.
We are also a leading provider of bilingual (English and Spanish) contact center services as the specialist of the U.S. Hispanic market. We have been recognized by top U.S. companies as the Vendor of the Year for consistently achieving the Best Scores among suppliers care centers.
In 2006, based on our unmatched experience and solid track record for servicing U.S. companies from nearshore and offshore locations, we began offering English only programs from Chihuahua under the Teleperformance Nearshore brand.
Overall, Teleperformance owns and manages 5 centers in Monterrey, Distrito Federal (DF) and Chihuahua with more than 6,100 employees and a combined capacity of more than 4,300 workstations.
Additionally, Teleperformance Mexico oversees operations in El Salvador where we offer offshore solutions to the Mexican domestic market and the U.S. Hispanic market .
