Teleperformance complies with the corporate governance principles defined under the recommendations made by Afep-Medef on October 2003, which takes into account the recommendations contained in the Viénot Report (1995 & 1999) and the Bouton Report (2002). Governance Structure
Teleperformance is a French corporation with a Board of Directors and a Supervisory Board. This governance structure fosters a clear separation of tasks between the functions of managing the Company, assumed by the Board of Directors, and the control function exercised by the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board is assisted by two permanent specialized committees that report to it.
