In 1993, our current CEO, Dominic Dato started operations in the United States (formerly known as Teleperformance USA) and we have grown to become one of the largest contact center outsourcers in the US market.

Teleperformance (formerly Teleperformance USA) was established in 1993 in Salt Lake City Utah.

In 2006, Teleperformance announced today the merger of its two most significant U.S. business entities, Teleperformance USA and CallTech Communications, LLC and retained the Teleperformance name.

Teleperformance manages and oversees all English speaking operations to the U.S. market from onshore, nearshore & offshore locations.

CRM IVR/Automated Solutions

Our Teleperformance Interactive division - TPI (formerly VoiceFX) offers a complete range of IVR capabilities with speech recognition in 46 languages, blended IVR / live agent hybrid solutions and global IVR applications in over 25 countries.

Established in 1990, TPI was acquired by the Teleperformance Group in 2005.


Accounts Receivables Management  (ARM) Services
 

 

 

In August 2007, Teleperformance USA group acquired  Alliance One Inc, a debt collections leader company. Teleperformance USA’s ARM Business Unit.  provides debt collections services in the U.S. and Canadian markets from onshore and offshore location in Jamaica.

Outbound solutions to the Insurance and Finance Services industries

 

 

Americall Group (AGI) specializes in outbound telemarketing services to insurance and financial services industry. Established in 1984 and acquired by the Teleperformance Group in 1998.

Americall has its corporate headquarters in the State of Illinois and contact centers in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and Florida as well as near shore operations in the Dominican Republic.
