Teleperformance is a French Société Anonyme with a Board of Directors (in the form of a Conseil d'administration).
Teleperformance Board has 11 directors, 7 of whom are independent. Independent concept is defined in the Internal Regulations of the Supervisory Board in accordance with the principles of corporate governance, as defined in the Afep-Medef report.
The Board of Directors is assisted by two permanent specialized committees that report to it.
