Role and Responsibility:
- Responsible for Reports and Data from Operations and Support
- Responsible for adhering the processes
- Ensure accurate forecasting of call volumes are done so as to effectively manage the roster.
- Sound understanding of looking through reports and sharp analytical skills
- Initiate automated support process.
- Handle a team efficiently
- Client Interaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written)
- 8+ Years of total Experience and preferably in handling BPO business.
- Advance Computer skills required
