Business Continuity Planning (BCP) - Analyst/AM

Key Responsibilities:

Management (30%):

  • Oversee compliance campaign for EW-CTSS
  • Liaise with Support Leaders for opportunities in enhancing the current processes relating to BCP/DR
  • Formulate process improvements in support of the BCM Cycle
    • Process Map
    • Template Improvements
    • Improvement on interaction with Interested Parties
  • Lead Data Management and Analysis for BCM
  • Develop and Maintain BCM Cloud Infrastructure (Microsoft 365)
  • Contribute with BD/Sales Team in presenting the BC Capabilities of Teleperformance to potential customers

Operations (70%):

    • Provide answers in line with Teleperformance BCM best practices
  • Maintain TP ITDR Document
  • Audits
    • Support the organization relating to BCP/DR Audits
    • Work closely with organizational teams in preparation to audits
  • Enterprise Business Continuity
    • Contribute in the assessment of the Enterprise Risk Analysis
    • Review the Enterprise BCP document for updates relative to changing requirements of the business
    • Support the Enterprise BCP Testing activity
    • Ensure Enterprise BCP Documents are approved
  • Site Business Continuity
    • Facilitator/speaker for Site BCM Cycle Conference calls
    • Facilitate orientation/annual touch base with Site BCP Leads
    • Coordinate Site Risk Assessment Activity
    • Liaise with Site BCP Team in updating their Site Business Continuity Plan
    • Ensure Site BCP Documents are approved
    • Oversee Site BCP Testing
  • Account Business Continuity
    • Business Impact Analysis
    • BC Strategy
    • Facilitator/speaker for Account BCM Cycle Conference calls
    • Facilitate orientation/annual touch base with Account BCP Leads
    • Provide support to operations in accomplishing their BCP Document
    • Ensure Account BCP Documents are approved
    • Oversee Account BCP Testing

Support the Enterprise Business Continuity Team in Admin tasks such as (but not limited to):

  • Repository Management (SharePoint site)
  • Minutes of the Meeting
  • Weekly Reports
  • Documentation
  • Engage internal support teams for information gathering if the need arises.
  • Host and attend BCM Calls and Conferences with Management Level employees to aid in the development of their BCP.
  • Generate reports with dependencies on multiple data sheets.
  • Formulate solutions and ideas to contribute in the process improvement for the Team.
  • Total experience of 2-8 years.
