At Teleperformance, our employees are the focus of our business and we constantly seek opportunities to hear their voices through both internal and independent forums.

In our continuous effort to provide them with a welcoming culture, we embarked on a wide-scale project inviting more than 350,000 employees worldwide to take the Great Place to Work (GPTW®) Trust Index© Survey last month, June 2022.

The GPTW® Trust Index© Survey provide a credible, fair, and transparent survey process free from any company influence. The survey then results in the GPTW® Trust Index© score, which is the baseline for Teleperformance’s culture and reveals the perceptions, preferences, and needs of our employees, which helps us assess our culture per country, establish benchmarks, and identify our position relative to industry standards.

This year, we drove maximum response rates by enabling and encouraging everyone’s participation, leading to an amazing 201,000 responses – That’s an increase of 9% participation rate from 2021!

We thank our highly-engaged employees for their trust in us, and for allowing us to understand our opportunities for improvement each year.

Now, the results are out and we are excited to announce Teleperformance’s new milestone of 64 certified Great Place To Work® countries for 2022that’s four additional countries than last year’s 60.

These GPTW® certifications demonstrate our steadfast commitment to embrace inclusive practices that help our 420,000 employees around the world with an environment that empowers them to succeed, advance, and grow.
