This commitment is reflected in our continuous recognition as a Great Place to Work and TP’s Chief Client Officer Miranda Collard being named to The Heroes Executives Role Model List for 2024.

The Heroes Women Role Model List honors senior women executives like Miranda, who founded TP Women, and who champions diversity, support inclusion to help pave the way for aspiring women leaders.

Since its inception, TP Women has been instrumental in breaking biases and promoting gender equality, aligning with TP’s broader mission of driving positive change within our workplace and local communities. Miranda's leadership has played a crucial role supporting women at TP, with women now representing 54% of our global workforce and 52% of management positions.

Through various initiatives, TP continues to advance programs that promote equal career development, enforce gender-neutral salary bands, and provide comprehensive DE&I training. Citizen of the World (COTW) projects empowering women in local communities and helping them overcome personal challenges, such as gender-based violence and economic struggles.
