Exceptional Performance in Today’s Digital World

Mark Pfeiffer - 02.04.2020

The European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) has been recognizing companies and organizations in Europe that have raised the bar in paving the way for exceptional customer service. The widely renowned ECCCSA have long been the largest and longest-running awards in the industry.

We are pleased to congratulate our Teleperformance family once again for receiving multiple recognitions and bagging awards in this year’s ECCSAs. This year, our efforts to stand out in the industry in today’s digital world were truly acknowledged as Teleperformance in the UK received highly commended certificates for “Best Use of AI and Associated Technologies.” Teleperformance in the UK was also the recipients of the “Most Effective Digital Customer Experience” recognition. Furthermore, Teleperformance in Greece won gold for the third year in the row, as it was named Best Multilingual Contact Center. Our Greece team also won gold for Best Large Outsourcing Partnership for their work with Canon, as well as a silver for “Giving Something Back.” Teleperformance in Netherlands won a bronze in the Best Use of Customer Insights category, while Teleperformance in Russia bagged bronze for Most Effective Management of Peak Demand.

Now on its 19th year, the ECCCSAs continues to have a robust judging process, and is seeing incredible growth. “As the longest running and largest awards program in the customer contact industry, the ECCCSAs recognize organizations across Europe that lead the way in delivering exceptional service,” said Ann-Marie Stagg, Chair of the Judges, ECCCSA.” In 2019, 24 countries participated, with over 1,300 people attending the awards ceremony.

These awards truly validate our ongoing passion for creating meaningful interactions in the age of digital technology. “We hold the integrity and credibility of the ECCCSAs and its judging process in high regard and are honored to be the recipient of so many of their prestigious accolades this year,” said Yannis Tourcomanis, President CEMEA, Teleperformance Group. “These awards demonstrate our ongoing commitment to strong client partnerships and delivering high tech, high-touch services. They are the result of tens of thousands of dedicated Teleperformance employees throughout Europe and I am very appreciative of all they do to deliver superior experiences to our clients and their customers.”

As always, we would like to thank our Teleperformance family for the continuous hard work, and being together with us as we steer towards the future. We remain committed to creating meaningful interactions for our employees and clients, and your trust in us is what keeps us going. Congratulations to our Teleperformance team in Europe and here’s to a fruitful year ahead!
