Teleperformance is recognized for JUMP!, our internal promotions program, as well as the Foundations Program, Teleperformance’s career development initiative. JUMP! and the Foundations Program have resulted in increased internal promotion rates and employee satisfaction, positively making an impact on our employees’ performance.
Exemplifying Teleperformance’s high-tech, high-touch approach, our learning and development programs leverage the latest technologies in order to simplify and expedite processes while helping our employees put their best foot forward. This year, the programs have moved to automated learning tracks that are available through an accessible and convenient global LMS system.
Through the JUMP! program, Teleperformance was able to reach 70% internal recruitment out of 11,653 vacancies open in 2021. In 2022, the Global Learning and Development Team achieved 17,864 completions for 26 certifications designed for newly promoted employees.
