They include automation through a delivery app tool, capable of making template responses and mentioning the customer's name. TP in Brazil also assembled a multidisciplinary team with representatives from different areas covering systems, data, reports, and processes with creative freedom to design the solution within a framework that covered stages such as definition, measurement, development, implementation, performance, and results control. The project continues to be a success, based on classified consumer evaluations, customer satisfaction, cost reduction with personnel, and its potential for scalability.
