TP Ranked 5th on GPTW's Best Workplaces in Latin America™ List

TP broke into the top five list of this year’s Great Place To Work’s Best Workplaces in Latin America™ multinational segment, up three from last year’s eighth spot. This recognition is a testament to the company’s commitment to development, diversity, inclusion and safety for its employees in Latin America.


The 2023 TP winning countries include Argentina, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Mexico, and Peru. The certified countries are Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guyana, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Suriname.

Being the number five multinational company on the list means that TP Latin American employees believe they are in a culture with special recognition, fair pay, and promotions.


According to Great Place To Work®, employees at the Best Workplaces in Latin America™ report high levels of fairness, with winning companies having high percentages of employees believing they are in a place where:

  • Everyone can get special recognition. (86%)
  • Employees have a say in decisions that affect their work. (83%)
  • People receive a fair share of company profits. (77%)
  • Promotions are fair. (82%)
  • Managers don't play favorites. (81%)


The Best Workplaces in Latin America were identified by surveying nearly two million employees in Latin America, representing the experience of 3.8 million employees across the region

About Best Workplaces in Latin America™ 2023


Great Place To Work identifies Best Workplaces in Latin America™ by surveying nearly 2 million employees in Latin America about the key factors that create great workplaces for all and analyzing company workplace programs impacting 3.8 million employees in the region.


To be considered, companies must first be identified as outstanding in their local region by appearing on one or more of our Best Workplaces lists in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Central America & Caribbean, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela during 2022 or early 2023.


Companies rank in three size categories: Small and Medium (10-499 employees); Large (500+); and Multinational. Multinational organizations are also assessed on their efforts to create great workplaces across multiple countries in the region. They must appear on at least three national lists in Latin America and have at least 1,000 employees worldwide with at least 40% (or 5,000) of those employees located outside the headquarters country.
