Our placement on the 2024 Best Workplaces in Asia™ list showcases the exceptional achievements of our teams. Notable highlights include Indonesia's impressive debut ranking 4th, and the Philippines holding firm at #5th. Moreover, India, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates have all significantly improved their rankings from last year, reflecting our continuous progress and commitment to fostering a great workplace culture together.
In addition to these, we have proudly earned Great Place to Work® certifications in many other countries across Asia, including Armenia, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Across the region, 97,185 employees took part in the survey, achieving a 74% response rate. 80% of participants expressed a strong sense of trust in our workplace, highlighting the foundation of our success. Furthermore, 91% of employees affirmed that TP is a physically safe place to work, while 87% feel they are well-equipped with the necessary resources and tools to perform their jobs effectively. In terms of fairness, 87% of our team members believe they are treated equitably regardless of gender, 86% feel they are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation, and 85% are confident that race does not influence how they are treated.
