TP’s Transformation Timeline: Navigating the COVID-19 Crisis
The coronavirus outbreak introduced the entire world to many changes that have certainly impacted the way our communities live, and how businesses operate. For companies, the coronavirus created disruptions that required extreme diligence in order to ensure that employees remain safe while implementing business continuity strategies in order to survive at such challenging times.
As a global leader in the industry, Teleperformance promptly reacted to the pandemic. With a workforce of over 330,000 globally, we adapted to government restrictions implemented at sites in 80 countries. Protecting our employees was the ultimate priority, which is why we followed medical guidance and safety best practices from the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control. Amidst all the disruption, our business continuity strategies and work-from-home models were implemented: as an agile business partner, we adapted to the many needs of our clients, and supported them as they carried out essential services. To date, we have 80% of active employees working from home.
Our roadmap to today’s new normal would not have been completed if not for our employees from all over the world, whose hard work became a source of strength and inspiration. We stand stronger together.
