Avtar is India’s premier diversity, equity, and inclusion solutions firm. Launched in 2016, Working Mother & Avtar Best Companies for Women in India (BCWI) was the result of the partnership between Avtar and Working Mother. It recognizes the top 10 and top 100 best companies for women in India with the most impactful gender diversity initiatives. This year, BCWI received applications from 334 companies.
