TP in Brazil recognized by MIT Technology Review for innovative workplace, including for AI-powered client solutions
São Paulo, July 4, 2024 - TP in Brazil, a subsidiary of global business services leader TP, is proud to announce that it has recently been awarded an Innovative Workplace 2024 by MIT Technology Review.
"TP is constantly striving for innovation and excellence in all areas. Receiving this award from MIT Technology Review is recognition of the hard work and dedication of our entire team," said Luis Fernando Prates, Process and Innovation Manager at TP in Brazil.
TP received the honor, in part, for its innovative AI-powered processes and solutions which helped one of the largest fast food chains in the world to automate and scale customer responses through its food delivery app. The solution was a success, helping to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction for the client.
This award is the latest of international recognition for TP in Brazil, which earlier this year was also named the Best Contact Center in the Americas in 2024 by Contact Center World and received recognition for operational transformation and efficiency by Information Services Group.
