TP U.S. operations named among 2024 PEOPLE magazine ‘Companies that Care’ for third consecutive year
New York, September 17, 2024 – PEOPLE magazine and Great Places to Work named TP operations in the U.S. among the 2024 PEOPLE’s Companies that Care® for the third consecutive year. The list recognizes companies that foster exceptional workplace cultures and provide impactful support for their employees and communities.
The PEOPLE Companies that Care List is based on more than 1.3 million employee survey responses and data from companies representing the experience of over 8.2 million employees. The top companies were chosen based on their ability to create inclusive and positive work environments for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, asexual orientation, work status or other demographic identifiers.
Backed by its global scale of nearly 500,000 inspired and passionate Customer Experts speaking 300 languages and dialects, TP operations in the U.S. is a local force of good in supporting communities, clients and the environment. In 2023, the company’s TP Women’s employee resource group hosted events across the country honoring Women’s History Month and conducted a clothing drive to support women re-entering the workforce that raised $384,000 worth of in-kind clothing donations. In partnership with TP Women, TP operations in the U.S. reserved more than 50 new / expectant mother premier parking spots at its sites across the country to help make work life easier for working mothers.
