BUSINESS ANALYST

KEY responsibilities:

The Business Analyst is responsible to assist to manage change and plan for the future in line with Client and company goals, understand the current organizational situation and identify future needs. Suggest and maintain solutions to enable Service Delivery, Account & Quality Management to control metrics and processes on a regular basis. In addition to analyzing processes, much attention is paid within the function to the structural improvement of these processes. Strong interpersonal skills are required for this.

• Works on continuous improvement of business processes;
• Helps with the intake of analysis requests and processes them into a measurement plan;
• Proactively advises process owners on opportunities for process optimization;
• Organizing and supervising Stakeholder interviews to gain critical insights;
• Guides the users in implementing improvement actions;
• Identifies bottlenecks in time that could endanger deadlines;
• Contributes to the disclosure of control information with regard to the relevant business processes;

SKills Required:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English/Italian language
• Previous related experience is desirable in a similar position

• Ability to use Internet applications
• Usage of MS Office
