What you’ll do as a Customer Service Associate:

  • Maintain a direct and kind relationship with every customer.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
  • Aim to resolve streaming platform issues in the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
  • Document and update records in the required systems.
