What you’ll be doing:
- Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
- Aim to resolve any concern or issue on the first contact by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
- Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
- Document and update records in the required systems.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- Has an 80% and up English level.
- Is empathetic, responsible, confident, and proactive. Someone who enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
- Has no previous experience.
