What you’ll do as a Customer Service Associate:
- Maintain a direct and kind relationship with every customer.
- Help promote the client and its company.
- Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
- Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
- Perform commercial follow-up of the services of the company.
