What you’ll be doing:

  • Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
  • Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
  • Document and update records in the required systems.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:

  • Has a B2 English level.
  • Is proactive, responsible, empathetic, and confident.
  • Has 2 years of experience in IT positions, technical customer service, solution architecture, web development, or software engineering.
  • Is skilled in programming, Pixel, API implementation, and product catalog optimization.
