As a Bilingual Collections Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing team to exceed goals, maximize productivity, and deliver top-notch quality and customer satisfaction. From regular performance reviews and coaching to real-time support during tough calls, you’ll ensure the team meets KPIs, stays motivated, and drives results while maintaining client standards and operational excellence.


Who You Are:

    • The Team Builder: Develop and guide your team to exceed performance goals, boost productivity, and deliver top-notch quality and customer satisfaction; you’ll provide support, training, and coaching to help each member thrive.
    • The Performance Strategist: Regularly monitor team performance and quality metrics regularly to ensure operational targets are being met. Dedicate 80% of your shift to team management and follow the TOPS steps to maximize results.
    • The Growth Catalyst: Motivate, evaluate, and train team members to consistently meet and exceed individual and collective goals aligned with client standards.
    • The Real-Time Problem Solver: Provide on-the-spot support during specific calls, helping each team member handle challenges effectively. Resolve escalated customer situations quickly and professionally to maintain service excellence.

The TOP Team Is All About:

      • Knowledge and a desire to be part of the TOP Team: Have a high school diploma (a professional degree is optional).
      • Experience That Counts: Have at least 6 months of experience as a Supervisor in the industry and 6 months handling collections interactions.
      • Location Vibes: Have availability to work on-site at Blue Gardens in Barranquilla.
      • English Pro: Use your upper-intermediate English skills to communicate effectively with your team and understand customer needs.
