What We’re Looking for ⬇️


  • Mandatory: 1st to 5th-semester University studies in data analysis, programming, or related field.
  • Desirable careers: Minimum of 1 year (s) of progressively responsible work experience in a similar function.
  • Desirable: preferably in analytical / logistics or operational informatics.
  • 0 to 2 years experience in BPO environment: Analyzing information, developing trend analysis and comparison reports.
  • Understanding of the tools and technology involved in reporting operational performance at the center level, with detail at the agent level. Experience in statistical analysis.
  • Experience with MS SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other advanced data management and visualization tools.
  • Experience in the use of large datasets within relational databases.
  • Experience managing and developing work teams.
  • English Level B2.


  • Possibility of quickly configuring data in reporting and analysis solutions.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment required. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze information to give insights and recommendations on trends, quartiles, and other information groups.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
  • Guarantee the complete Reporting Cycle.
  • Monitoring, controlling, and improving quality indicators, productivity, and resolution in first contact.
  • Submit results reports to the Account Executive, Operations Director, and Client.
  • Analyze the databases extracted from the client's application and, according to the results obtained previously, design strategies that allow generating value at the lowest possible cost for the fulfillment of the objectives of the program.
  • Analyze together with the coordinator of the specific campaign, with a daily periodicity and through periodic cuts and in real-time, the evolution of the productivity indicators for each program, generating the respective alarms that allow those responsible for the operation to make decisions.
  •  Has direct responsibility for reporting to the Regional and Operations, as required.
  •  Guarantee the quality and the opportunity in the information presented through the different reports.
  • Analyze and alert about the various factors that impact the fulfillment of the communication and effectiveness goals established by the Client.
  • Report incidents to IT for faults or falls of the Operation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
