What you’ll do as a Global Senior Process Engineer:

• Establish process framework methodologies to enable a repeatable approach to intake requirements.
• Document IT services, including definitions, service levels, workflows, and costs.
• Create detailed workflow diagrams.
• Provide process improvement feedback based on industry best practices.
• Collaborate with all service areas within IT globally and build trusted relationships.
• Keep leadership informed of progress and challenges through weekly project update meetings.

This is what you need to be a part of the TOP Team:

• An 80% to 90% English level and up.
• 5+ years of experience in the industry as an effective process engineer.
• Solid understanding of service management related to IT services.
• To be an IT Infrastructure Library Managing Professional (ITIL v4).
• Passion for data, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively.
