What you’ll do as a Logistics Sales Expert

  • Build relationships with both new prospects and existing customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and presentations.
  • Work with Customer Care Teams to ensure all customer inquiries are promptly addressed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the client’s organization to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Stay up to date on logistics market trends and developments.
  • Negotiate and close deals to grow revenue.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Be knowledgeable about all company products and services.
  • Use all available resources to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service that exceeds customer expectations.

This is what you need to be a part of the TOP Team:

  • A strong customer focus with customer facing service industry experience.
  • Solid PC operational knowledge along with Microsoft Office applications experience.
  • Preferably, an undergraduate degree or college certificate.
  • A strong oral and written communication skills with minimum 80% English level.
  • An effective presentation and customer relations skills, with excellent listening skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and good analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Goal oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to produce results.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
