What you’ll do as a Multichannel Customer Service Associate:
- Respond to all customer inquiries through multiple channels, including chat, phone, and email.
- Provide excellent support to customers, solving their concerns about apps, software, and hardware.
- Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
- Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
- Document and update records in the required systems.

- To be an empathetic, responsible, and proactive person, someone who likes to help others and knows how to solve problems in the most positive way.
- An English level of 65% and up.
- No experience is required, just a proactive and confident attitude.
