We’re looking for a Member Support Specialist. You will be responsible for responding to all customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service by being a good listener. This is an exciting opportunity for someone proactive, patient, and understanding who can resolve situations with a positive attitude.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain a direct and kind relationship with every customer.
- Help promote the client and their business by selling their products and services.
- Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- Has an 80% and up English level.
- Has 6 months of previous experience in the industry and good communication and commercial skills.
- Is proactive, responsible, and confident.
- Is eager to work from Bogotá with the #1.
