Are you ready to take project management solutions to the next level? We’re looking for a PMO Solutions Manager! In this role, you’ll work closely with PMO partners to design data-driven solutions to improve decision-making and maximize the value of all projects. You'll contribute to project strategies with your expert knowledge of tools and solutions while handling project management tasks such as documentation, business requirements, and project tracking.

Who You Are:

• The Project Strategist: Your expert knowledge of BI tools and RPA solutions will guide project strategy and ensure timely execution, from documentation to project tracking.
• The Fast-Paced Problem Solver: Tight deadlines? Complex business problems? No worries. You excel at delivering relevant solutions, even during challenging situations.
• The Collaborator: You'll work seamlessly with everyone, from Subject Matter Experts to C-level management, sharing your BI expertise and driving best practices across teams.
• The Agile Leader: Managing your team with agile principles and the Scrum framework, you’ll ensure successful delivery of PMO solutions, every time.

The TOP Team Is All About:

• Staying Fluent: Leverage your B2+ (Bilingual) English proficiency to communicate effectively in an international environment.
• Building Experience: With at least 1 year in the industry.
• Being a Power User: Bring your 2+ years of experience with the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps) to drive innovative solutions.
• Focusing on Data: Having 1 year of experience in SQL, MySQL, or Oracle is a plus and will help you excel in managing data-driven projects.
• Mastering Project Management: Your experience in BI project management, whether in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models, will keep our projects running smoothly.
