We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to apply advanced analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets. This role focuses on developing AI-driven solutions to address complex business challenges, leveraging their expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI. The ideal candidate will have strong technical competencies, including proficiency in coding languages, database management, and reporting technologies.

• A Data Opportunity Explorer: Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for leveraging company data to develop AI-driven business solutions.
• An Analytics Innovator: Mine and analyze data to optimize product development, marketing strategies, and business operations.
• A Model Developer: Create and validate predictive models, using advanced algorithms to optimize outcomes like customer experience and revenue generation.
• A Team Collaborator: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement models, monitor results, and ensure continuous improvement.
• A Knowledge Mentor: Guide junior colleagues and adapt complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.

The TOP Team Is All About:

• Educational Background: Have a bachelor's degree in business, management, accounting, economics, statistics, information science, engineering, or a related field.
• Key Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in consultant companies or companies in the industry.
• Fluent Communication: Showcase your upper-intermediate English proficiency, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• GenAI Knowledge: Be familiar with generative AI (LLMs, autonomous agents, etc.).
• Cloud Knowledge: Be experienced with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Data Modeling: Know about supervised machine learning (classification and regression) and unsupervised learning (clustering, association rules, speech, and text analysis).
• Data Visualization: Master visualization tools, preferably Power BI (PBI) and/or Tableau.
• Programming & Querying: Be proficient in SQL and Python.
