What you’ll do as a Training Manager Business Evolution:

• Evaluate and set the assigned resources to deliver the projects within the area’s scope, assuring that each team and project has the necessary tools to deliver the best results.
• Create, follow up, and evaluate action plans that ensure the professional growth of the team.
• Deliver the area’s projects within the timelines defined and discussed with the different stakeholders each quarter.
• Oversee the implementation of each Training 2.0 campaign based on quality script production, efficient content creation, and Training-Operation KPI delivery.
• Evaluate and propose efficiency strategies using innovation and technology to deliver excellence in every project.
• Find the correct balance of input-output strategies to create the best possible working environment.
• Propose, create, follow up, and evaluate soft and hard skills training for each member of the team.
• Evaluate and propose new projects that can help the area scale our platforms using technology.
• Define alongside the Senior Director new projects that could be developed that would deliver a better service within the Training 2.0 strategy.
• Define and deliver new strategies to grow the TMS (Training Management System).
• Report to the Senior Director based on agreed KPIs on a weekly basis.
• Participate in the company’s Business Development cycle.

Who are you?

• Someone who lives in Bogotá.
• Someone with a professional degree in BA, Social Communication, Psychology, or Pedagogy.
• Someone with a master’s degree in Education is preferred.
• A person with experience in Project Management, LMS Management, and Data Management.
• A person with 5 years of experience in education-related jobs.
• Preferably, someone with experience in the industry.
• A person with skills to solve situations.
• A person with an advanced English level.
• Someone who can manage Office and Power BI.
• A person that likes video games and understands game-based learning and gamification strategies.
• Someone who understands how software development cycles work.
• A person with experience in the Agile Software Development Methodology.
