What you’ll do as a Customer Service Associate:

  • Respond to all customer inquiries in Spanish.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
  • Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
  • Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
  • Document and update records in the required systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking quick and effective action to resolve customer issues.

This is what you need to be a part of the TOP Team:

  • A valid form of identification (ID card or passport).
  • Have the required documents to work in the country.
  • Be at least 17 years old or older.
  • Be available to work at the coolest Site.
  • Have full time availability to work.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Skills to solve situations in the most positive way.
  • An advanced Spanish level.
  • Ability to type 30-40 WPM.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
  • No experience but a proactive and confident attitude.
