As a Desktop Imaging Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating, managing, and deploying standardized desktop and laptop images across the organization. You'll ensure that all computers within the company are equipped with the correct operating systems, software applications, drivers, and security updates. Likewise, you will collaborate closely with IT Security and other teams to maintain and improve the imaging process, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop, test, and maintain standardized operating system images on end-user devices, including desktops and laptops.
• Deploy and configure images on new and existing devices, and provide troubleshooting support for imaging issues.
• Document and comply with detailed step-by-step procedures, configurations, and best practices, ensuring all images adhere to company policies, security standards, and licensing agreements.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in desktop imaging, deployment, or a similar role.
• Preferably, has certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar.
• Has a strong knowledge of software deployment and management.
• Has skills in scripting using PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate processes.
• Is proactive, responsible, empathic, and confident.
