You're the player we're missing on this TOP Team!

We’re looking for a Mission Controller. You will ensure that your team is following planning and scheduling as efficiently as possible with control and real-time monitoring of key metrics. You’ll implement action plans and the necessary changes that are required for the achievement of contractual metrics, as well as communicate information in real-time to the operation and document any type of incident using databases such as SQL to plan actions that are undertaken in operational or technological issues.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Perform attentive monitoring of the operation to detect deviations from what was originally planned.
  • Track call volume and assumptions in real-time to create alerts to maximize utilization of staff present.
  • Develop and communicate daily reports using SQL for Supervisors, ACCM, and Account Managers.
  • Implement action plans according to the MOC, documenting each action that’s carried out in the monitoring templates.
  • Constantly verify the attendance of the programmed staff and their connection states to always have enough resources to meet demand.
  • Execute the company's security policies regarding Active Directory.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:

  • Has a high school diploma.
  • Has a minimum of 6 months of experience in the industry or workforce.
  • Has solid customer service skills.
  • Is knowledgeable in databases and SQL programming.
  • Is proficient in Excel and has the flexibility to work during any hours of operation.
