What you’ll do as Sales Associate:

  • Generate outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
  • Commercialize energy services, while meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly performance goals.
  • Handle administrative aspects of sales and qualify customers based on their needs.
  • Consistently meet key performance benchmarks for service quality, attendance, and phone productivity within the tele-sales department.
  • Maintain world-class customer service to both new and existing customers.

This is what you need to be a part of the TOP Team:

  • High school diploma.
  • Ability with data-entry and dialer platforms.
  • Being an empathic, responsible, and proactive person.
  • 1 to 3 years of prior phone and sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to solve problems in the most positive way.
  • Experience working within the parameters of a regulated industry (telecom, pharma, etc.) is preferred.
