Job description

  • Making outgoing calls in Czech language to attract potential clients and partners and develop existing Top clients in Czech Republic.
  • Track analytics of account history and sales success on the platform, as well as provide assistance in maintaining a stable level of business.
  • Processing incoming partner requests in accordance with the regulated process.
  • Proactively reach out to leading manufacturers, exporters, and automobile-specific service providers in the region to facilitate their onboarding.
  • Spearhead marketing efforts in close collaboration with agencies to drive visibility and engagement.

Requirements

  • Czech and English language C1-C2 (verbal and written)
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in an eCommerce environment (education in similar field is preferable)
  • Work with PowerPoint or other program to create presentations for potential sellers and partners
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Orientation to the result and attention to details
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners

Salary

2200-2600 EUR gross (Lithuanian taxes are 39.5%-42.5%).
