What you’ll do as an Interpreter:
- Attend and respond to requests for consecutive interpretation between two different languages (may be performed over the phone, via video call, or any other real-time communication channel).
- Follow the established criteria to contribute to the client’s satisfaction.
- Perform faithful and accurate interpretation of the information given in both languages.
- Record all interactions in the tools and/or applications used in the operation to typify the client and their specific cases.
- Comply with performance indicators or parameters defined by the client.
- Perform escalations that require special attention from your immediate boss.
- Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and the proper handling of the customer’s information.
- Participate in the continuous training programs established by the company to assure good performance.
- Properly use the assigned tools when working.
Who are you?
- A responsible person, who likes helping others, and knows how to solve situations in the most positive way.
- Without any previous experience, but with a proactive and confident attitude and an advanced English level.
