WFM Junior Analyst

Requirements:

Education:

  • Minimum one approved semester of college, technical or technological studies.
  • Recommended degrees: Engineering, Economy, Statistics, or other related fields.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of work experience in the BPO industry in roles such as Payroll Controller [POC Scheduler and POC Payroll], Mission Controller [Real Time Analyst], Reporting, or any other WFM-related posts.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel knowledge >= 70%
  • High English level: Versant >= 57
  • Advanced logical-mathematical competence >= 80%

Responsibilities:

  • Elaborate and comprehend forecasts to efficiently build schedules, complying with internal and external client needs.
  • Identify and solve opportunity areas related to the execution of intraday staffing projections to satisfy client needs and expectations on a win-win basis.
  • Carry out database maintenance in internal applications and WFM software.
  • Analyze clients’ requirements and provide WFM inputs and proposals.
  • Create forecast and schedule projections or simulations for internal and external clients.
  • Monitor the campaigns’ adherence requirements.
  • To perform advanced-level scheduling during shifts, offline activities, and coaching, these must be held in such a way that service levels are not affected, and all activities can be correctly executed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
