We’re looking for a Tech Sales Associate. You will be responsible for offering new products and services, troubleshooting hosting and website issues, and providing comprehensive resolutions. You’ll manage third-party solutions, meet key metrics, and provide excellent customer service through active listening and a proactive attitude. Handling confidential information with care, maintaining a strong knowledge of our client’s services, and documenting updates are also essential responsibilities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Offer customers new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.
  • Troubleshoot the client's products, such as hosting and website services, as needed, taking full ownership, and providing a thorough resolution to the customer.
  • Meet metrics such as Customer Availability, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales per Day.
  • Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch.
  • Boost the client's business by showcasing their products and services.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:

  • Has an advanced German level and a basic English level.
  • Is proactive, responsible, empathetic, and confident.
  • Has active listening skills.
  • Has sales experience with a proven record of understanding customer needs.
