Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Service from 3 months.
  • Good communication and customer management skills.
  • Knowledge of XML, HTML, API, CRM, or programming technology.
  • Work experience related to technology using software or web pages.
  • Studies related to computer science, engineering, software, or Developer, or have taken a course in Web development or coding.
  • Type of management: Written channel (emails), and some phone calls.
  • English Level: Advanced.
